Friday morning we got up and checked out of the Hilton. By the way, Jordan called the front desk and found out we were actually in room 2561. You saw the video, it said 2581. Anyway, before we left Dallas we stopped and had lunch at Urban Taco and did a little shopping. We picked up a couple things from Urban Outfitters and we saw a shirt that said Camp Anawanna on it. So on the way to Austin, Jordan pulled up Salute Your Shorts on the iPhone and we listened to a couple episodes. That will take you back to 6th grade real quick.
We arrived in Austin and checked in to the DoubleTree. It wasn't great, but it was not expensive and we just needed it for one night. We met up with Mark and ate some sushi at a place called Maru (I think). Jordan loves sushi, but I had only had it one other time and that was in San Diego. It took a while to get our food but it was really good. We then headed down to 6th St. to meet up with some of Mark's friends. They were doing a pub crawl to about 9 different bars. If you haven't been down to 6th St. in Austin, the best way I can describe it is it's the college version of Bourbon Street. Its pretty crazy. We had a lot of fun.
After leaving 6th St. we went to Magnolia Cafe. They have awesome food, especially at 3am!
