Eric and I haven't had the most exciting New Years but this year had to be our lamest. I had foot surgery on Dec 30th so I was stuck in a chair with Eric and my mom staring at me. They were great nurses through the whole thing. Norma took me to my first check up this week and I finally got to see what it looked like under the bandage. It looks good eventhough I will have a pretty big scar. I should get my stitches out this week and hopefully won't have to wear the trash bags in the shower anymore! The left foot is next but I am not sure when I will be ready to do this all again. I am hoping that my foot doesn't slow us down on our honeymoon.
