Sweeeep!!!

Round 1 is over.  Well at least for the Thunder.  After a 4 games to none sweep of the defending champs, Dallas Mavericks, we will wait for our next opponent (Lakers or Nuggets).  Much like last year, a mob of Thunder fans raced to the airport to meet the team when they arrived.  And we decided to go this time.  They arrived about 11:30pm Saturday night and there was probably 250-300 people standing up against a few different sections of the fence waiting for the team to get off the plane and walk to their cars.  It was pretty cool really, before they arrived half the crowd started singing 'Oklahoma" as if we were in a musical.  The crowd went crazy when Sam Presti walked up.  Sam Presti!  The General Manager of the team.  How many other teams' fans would even recognize the GM, or know his name?  The crowd started chanting "Speech!  Speech!"
There were several "O-K-C!" chants throughout the evening as well.  It was difficult to see since we weren't right at the fence, but we caught glimpses of Collison, Fisher, Ibaka, Thabo, and Maynor.  Looked like Durant and Westbrook took off pretty quickly.  Here's a pic of Jordan and one of the videos I took.  This one is all about Harden, who was clearly the MVP of Game 4.  You can see he stops to take a few pictures of the crowd chanting "Fear the Beard!" Cool stuff.
